Acting as the bridge between you, your beauty team, and your planner, our coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
From the point of inquiry, you will work closely with Tiana up until your big day. She will curate your beauty timeline so you don’t have to worry about a thing, to coordinating with your vendors and handling any last-minute adjustments, our coordinator brings calm, clarity, and professionalism to your day.
Think of her as your behind-the-scenes beauty manager — so you can focus on the fun, the photos, and the celebration ahead.

With a calming presence and an eye for detail, Emma is the heart of our bridal beauty team. As our Lead Bridal Stylist, she brings years of experience working with all hair types and textures, and specializes in effortlessly elegant styles that last all day (and night).
Emma is known for her ability to translate your vision into a look that feels like you — polished, radiant, and timeless. From soft romantic waves to intricate updos, she approaches every bride with intention, creativity, and a deep understanding of how to create looks that photograph beautifully and feel comfortable from first look to final dance.
On wedding mornings, Emma is more than a stylist — she’s a grounding energy. Brides love her ability to bring calm to the room while staying on schedule and delivering flawless results. She’s passionate about making every bride feel confident, celebrated, and truly seen.
While you will be working intimately with Tiana and Emma, our bridal team is equipped with multiple stylists and assistants to accommodate for bridal parties large and small.

Your bridal beauty journey starts with a quick inquiry form. We’ll ask for your wedding date, location, estimated number of services, and your vision for the day. Once received, we’ll check our availability and get back to you promptly with a custom bridal quote and next steps.
You'll also receive answers to our most frequently asked questions and a helpful overview of what’s included when you book with us.

Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. This guarantees your spot on our calendar and officially locks in our team for your big day.
From there, we’ll send a bridal beauty guide with tips on preparing for your trial, creating your timeline, and what to expect from us throughout the process.

We don’t just show up — we plan alongside you. Our Bridal Team Coordinator will work closely with you (and your planner, if you have one) to gather final service counts, build a customized beauty timeline, and manage all the little details. This ensures a smooth and on-time wedding morning with no surprises.
We’ll also schedule your hair and/or makeup trial, where we’ll refine your perfect look and make sure you feel 100% confident going into the big day.

When the day arrives, we’ll come fully prepared and on schedule, ready to bring a calm, professional energy to your space. We’ll follow the beauty timeline we’ve built and make sure everyone looks and feels amazing with time to spare.
