Cancellation

Untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedule we are unable to fulfill. Though life happens, Styled Hair Co. requests a 24 hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule.

In the event that an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window, Styled Hair Co. reserves the right to charge the valid card on file 50% of the desired service.

In the event that an appointment is cancelled on the same day of the scheduled service, Styled Hair Co. reserves the right to charge the valid card on file 100% of the desired appointment.

Multiple cancellations can result in refusal of further scheduling.

LATE

Tardiness to an appointment can not only compromise your stylist’s day, but also your appointment. Please arrive in a timely manner-Late arrivals can result in a fee starting at $15.

Please inform your stylist promptly if you are running late. In the event that you arrive 10 minutes late or more, Styled Hair Co. reserves the right to decline service.

If the scheduled appointment is declined due to tardiness, that will result in a same day cancellation, in which Styled Hair Co. reserves the right to charge the valid credit card 100% of the desired appointment.

Multiple late arrivals can result in refusal of further scheduling.
